OUR PROCESS
The Search
As your trusted REALTOR, we’ll define your goals and estimate how much you can afford in a home.
We will then work to develop a personalized list of homes for you to browse at your convenience.
Once you have an opportunity to look through them, we’ll begin visiting the homes that you’re interested in.
The Offer
After we’ve found your dream home, we’ll perform a bit of research on the neighborhood and prices of comparable homes.
We’ll then write a fair and competitive offer to ensure the home is worth the mortgage loan amount.
Once you’re satisfied with the contents of the contract, we will submit it to the buyer’s agent for presentation to the seller.
The Contract
Once the seller reviews and accepts your offer, we’ll have a confirmed contract!
Subsequently, we’ll schedule the home inspection so that we have a full report on the condition of the house, including any minor tweaks that need to be addressed.
Your lender will order an appraisal to make sure that the home is worth what you are taking out a mortgage for.
We’ll continue to work closely with your lender until the final process is complete.
The Closing
Closing day is definitely an exciting time and extremely rewarding. All parties involved will come together and complete the very last step in this process. After you’ve signed your name on the required documents, you’ll be handed the keys to your new home!
